WHAT EXACTLY WILL YOU GET?
WHAT DO YOU GAIN WITH AN INDIVIDUAL PLAN?
A training plan tailored specifically for you clearly defines what you are working on and why. This ensures that every workout is meaningful and genuinely brings you closer to your goal, without wasting time and energy.
You can be sure that the exercises are suited to your abilities, and the available equipment will not hinder the implementation of your plan.
We continuously adjust the difficulty level to your current fitness, so that the workout is challenging but always achievable.
An individualized approach is the simplest and most effective way to achieve better results, regardless of your current level.
HOW DOES THE COOPERATION WORK?
you start by filling out a survey in which you answer basic questions defining your goals, current fitness level, etc. After completing the survey, I will contact you individually to determine more precise details and an action plan.
Then, based on all the information, I will create a 12-week training plan personalized just for you!
Why 12 weeks?
This is a period that allows for achieving concrete results in a way that is optimal for the body. During this time, we are able to adapt to training, learn new exercises, and maximize intensity. In 12 weeks, it is possible to smoothly go through all phases of training (individually adjusted for everyone) and induce long-term adaptation. A shorter plan would limit your potential.
BEFORE WE BEGIN, IT'S IMPORTANT THAT YOU ARE CLEAR
✓ I understand that the training plan will be tailored to my specific goals, current fitness level, and available equipment.
✓ I understand that consistent and complete adherence to the plan is crucial if I want to see real results.
✓ I know that training requires a time commitment: 3 to 5 days a week, approximately 45-120 minutes per session. The number of days will be adjusted to my capabilities.
✓ I understand that training goals must be realistic and adapted to my current level, and progress requires time and consistency.
✓ I am aware that working on speed and explosiveness involves not only gym workouts but also additional speed sessions on the field.
