1. STRENGTH

Without strength, you will build nothing. It is the foundation upon which speed, power, and endurance are built – every subsequent element of physical preparation begins right here. In our approach, however, it's not the weight on the bar that counts, but how much of that strength the athlete actually utilizes on the field.

2. SPEED

Speed determines the outcome of most sporting duels. The first step, reaction time, acceleration over the first five metres. These decide who wins the ball.

3. PROFILE

We're working to make the athlete look like someone who trains seriously – and for that physique to actually work in their discipline, not just in photos.

4. REGENERATION

Without it, even the best-planned sessions will not yield results.
We teach athletes how to manage sleep, nutrition, and training load in a way that allows them to maintain high performance throughout the season.

ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Jakub Bajołek, and I specialize in athletic performance training for athletes. I primarily focus on preparing footballers, and they are the ones I work with the most. Thanks to my individualized approach and the techniques I've learned during performance training courses, hundreds of footballers have achieved success and reached peak physical condition. I hold a certified strength and conditioning coach qualification and have been working in the industry for several years. My experience has allowed me to reach a point where I know exactly "what works and what doesn't" – which means that by working with me, you can be sure you'll achieve your goals!

Important note... I am an active athlete myself, and every training plan I create, I first test on myself. I am not a coach who only knows the subject from books and courses. My results are visible both on me and on my athletes. Thanks to this, by working with me, you can be sure you'll achieve your goals!

Frequently asked questions...

help

Is this program for me if I'm just starting out?

Yes. Crystal Ballers programs are designed for both beginners and more advanced athletes. Each workout has a clearly defined structure, precise instructions, and progression, allowing you to start at your own level and systematically move up, without chaos or guesswork.

help

I'm already playing for a club. Can I do this program alongside my team training sessions?

Yes, and it is with such athletes in mind that most of our plans were created. The programs are designed to develop your motor parameters without overtraining your body and without compromising your freshness during club training sessions or matches.

help

How long do I need to train for?

Most sessions last from 45 to 75 minutes, depending on the program and training day. The program is designed to be realistically implemented alongside school, work, club training, and daily responsibilities.

help

Do I need gym access?

Not always. Programs can be carried out at home, or on a field with basic equipment.

help

How quickly will I see the first results?

Most athletes notice the first differences after just 2-3 weeks of regular work. Better dynamics, greater movement control, more energy, and a better sense of their own body are the most common initial effects. The biggest changes come with consistent training for 8-12 weeks.

help

Will the program help me be faster on the field?

Yes. A large part of our methods focuses on actual match parameters: first meters, acceleration, change of direction, explosiveness, coordination, and efficient movement. You don't train "for looks," but for a sporting advantage.

help

I am 13-16 years old. Is this safe?

Yes, provided the exercises are performed according to instructions. The programs are designed with an emphasis on technique, movement control, stabilization, and the healthy development of a young athlete.

help

What if I've had an injury or I'm coming back after a break?

In most cases, you can use the program, but if you've recently sustained an injury, it's always worth consulting a physiotherapist or doctor before returning to activity. The programs also include elements of mobility and injury prevention.
